The unit mainly consists of a line-frequency induction melting furnace, a semi-continuous casting machine with a screw rod, and a vibrating trolley for the crystallizer. It is equipped with PLC automatic control. This series of units is particularly suitable for producing large-sized solid ingots and is commonly used for copper ingots, aluminum ingots, and others. The maximum diameter of the product is 310mm.
